The Application Of "Anti-planning" In Urban Planning In Arid Region

Since the "Anti-planning" launched, although this concept is applied in manyareas of urban planning，but there’s no research combines the "Anti-planning" andarid areas, this study can be regarded as the extension and deepening of"Anti-planingn.This study is the application of "Anti-planning" concept in arid regions，in the ecological importance of evaluation in our country, most of the Xinjiang Altayregion are in highly important area"，the Anti-planning" for the protection of theecological infrastructure and natural skin texture can well suitable for the arid andsemi-arid area, so the application of the "Anti-planning" in arid regions has veryimportant practical signiifcance.This paper elaborates the content is divided into ifve chapters:The ifrst chapter of the introduction introduced the topic of this article, thebackground and topic selection basis, purpose and significance of the research, andexplain the concept of the "Anti-planning"，a simple comparison between the"Anti-planning" and traditional planning.The chapter2is the description of the cultural landscape, natural scenery,biological landscape and land use situation of Jimunai, and analyze the applicabilityof thenAnti-planningn in Jimunai.The third chapter is the main part of this article, through the instances ofJimunai’s urban planning expound how to applicate the "Anti-planning"，using theleast resistance model to build Jimunai’s landscape security pattern, and thendetermine Jimunai’s ecological infrastructure, based on ecological infrastructureplanning base, to map out the other part of Jimunai.The fourth chapter is about conclusion and the performance evaluation part, thischapter comprehensive assess of Jimunai’s urban planning.The chapter5is the discussion of the encounter problems and matters needattention in the “Anti-planning” using in arid region.
