In the power supply system, the voltage is an important index to measure the quality of electric energy. With the development of science and technology, human demand for energy is more and more widely, in order to ensure the stable operation of power system and the human reliability of electrical energy use, people take a lot of measures, in the whole system without power sufficient conditions, which in voltage using electronic components with load automatic voltage regulating is a effective methods for voltage stability.In this paper, using the laboratory simulation, PIC16F877A single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip, through the two side of the sensor monitoring the transformer voltage values, calculated by the internal procedures, the solid state relay control the conducting state, so as to control the primary side of the transformer turns, and implement the existing load automatic regulating function, and its effectiveness is verified through the experiment.Discusses the development of power electronic technology, the automatic voltage regulating tap switch, the system development background, development status at home and abroad, the practical significance of the system design.The technical design of the system involved and power electronic devices is discussed, including the introduction and selection of PIC16F877A, characteristic analysis and selection of solid state relay, analysis and selection of Darlington transistor.Discusses in detail the design process load automatic voltage regulating tap switch, including the starting mechanism of scheme selection, starting mechanism principle, start the organization overall design of control circuit, the overall design, the reasonable selection of photoelectric coupler, independent unit experiment, simulation experiment, field installed to run experiments.Finally, according to the actual test to verify the system operation conditions, and to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the system to collect relevant data.Proved through theory analysis and test, the system design of on-load tap-changer is able to meet the same level of power operation. And can accurately, stable, fast automatic on-load voltage regulating. The system automatically detects the voltage fluctuation, when the detected load voltage fluctuation of plus or minus10%, the control system will automatically adjust the change of load voltage, the fluctuation range for stable operation state5%.
