With the amount of global car increasing, effects of automobile exhaust on theenvironment are serious.Turbocharger technology by increasing the engine air intake,improving combustion condition, not only effectively reduce the content of harmfulsubstances in the exhaust gas,but also can improve the efficiency about forty percent.This paper is devoted to the system energy recovery of vehicle exhaust through radialturbine.With turbine as the research object, paper analyse and optimal design radialturbine rotor structure, in order to improve the turbine efficiency and exhaust gas energyutilization.The main work of the paper:First:Based on analyzing the structure and characteristics of the blades in theturbine,paper divided the blade structure into two parts for analysis and research. Onepart is the basic dimension of the blades in the turbine, including blade length and widthin import and export; two part is three impotent curves Hub, Shroud, Camber witchcontrol the blade shape. This part provides the basis for combing with Bezier curvemethod.Second: put forward to various Bezier curve control method, and analyzes theircharacteristics. Selected the Bezier curve of four control points and five control points.And detailed the method to determine the coordinates of the control points of Beziercurve and steps of parameter. Solving the difficult point of Bezier curve control pointcoordinates are not easy to parameter control.Third:By using the software of Numeca Autoblade modules simulating andanalysing mathematical mode of blade. Fromming a hundred blade solid model spaceby the control point coordinate and finding out meet the target value of design.Fourth:the radial turbine blade structure parameters (including: the leaf inclinationangle, leaf number, inlet blade angle) are analyzed, and get the optimum range of their.Fifth:finished static analysis of the sample blade.
