Nondestructive Detection Technique For Anchor And Its Application Construction Of Operating Conditions

According to incomplete statistics, China’s highway construction projects that have more than ten million permanent anchor, anchor over one million. Bolt (cable) maintain the project’s safety, security and stability of the project is largely dependent on bolt (cable) reinforcement effect.Length shortages and grout anchor (cable) are common quality defects. As a covert project, jerry phenomena in anchor (cable) process has usually occurred. The resulting anchor (cable) easily rust, poor durability, seriously affecting the safety of the Works stability and durability.Currently, the anchor (cable) anchoring quality testing evaluation tools are destructive tests, pullout test, long-term monitoring, nondestructive testing methods.Among them, the non-destructive testing has obvious advantages, capable of being or has been the work of construction anchor (rods) were detected with low cost, convenient, no damage of the structure.This paper researches on NDT anchor bolt though investigating and researching, theoretical analysis, field trials and production application The major studies and achievements in this thesis are as following:1The study investigated and sumed up the safety of the exiting anchor bolt about Kunshi highway and Chuda highway in Yunnan provinceSurvey proposed highway slope anchorage failure modes and influencing factors of operating conditions.2Stress wave reflection wave method was used to analyze dynamic response rule of a complete anchoring system and defects longitudinal anchoringsystem. It provides a theoretical basis for non-destructive testing of the bolt and cable.3The thesis proposed NDT techniques of the slope anchor (cable) length and grouting plumpness,methods of data processing and analysis, together with the method of evaluation, in order to provide a reference for engineering applications.4Non-destructive testing field test and application of anchor bolt are carried out in Wukun and Mengxin highway,which is fully applied in secondary roads.Thongh testing and application,typical detecting waveform is renfined.
