In the road construction poor soil was often encountered, which has great influence on foundation。The traditional way of handling poor soil is of high cost, and low efficiency。 Using soil curing agent on poor soil treatment is a high efficient, energy saving, environmental protection method。But at present the actual application effect on soil curing agent is poor, and most of them rely on the imports, compatibility problems also existing in soil curing agents at home and abroad。Practice shows that, CHF soil firming agent can significantly improve the soil strength and water stability。It can apply to the soil reinforcement, geological disease treatment, the roadbed reinforcement, and the pavement subbasesIn road construction, Application of CHF soil firming agent with carbide slag for poor soil improvement had a great progress contrast to conventional way。The effects and economical efficiency had been significantly improved。At the same time it also solved the environmental issues of PVC industry waste residue treatment。This study has profound academic significance and engineering application value。This paper analyzes the CHF soil firming agent and curing mechanism and gives detailed description of soil solidification principle from the angle of soil chemistry and physics。The soil mechanical properties test show a clear contrast between the curing effect and traditional forms of modified results; Moreover, the paper will explore the curing agent application methods in construction and make a comparative analysis of economic benefits for CHF soil firming agent。Through the above research, the CHF soil firming agent in the actual engineering application is of feasibility, rationality, economy and practicability The authors summarizes the application in practical construction technologies。This study also provides theory support and the reality basis for the extension and application of CHF curing agents which would have a direct effect。...
