With the rapid development of Gas Turbine technology, Gas Turbine is widelyused now in various fields such as power generation. The internal cooling airsystems are the most important system in the Gas Turbine and it plays an importantrole in providing a reliable environment for the Gas Turbine to work effectively andsafely. Pipe-net method is the basis of thermal analysis of turbine blade, it cansimulate the flow and heat transfer in the complicated flow paths, so it is widelyused in designing, checking and improving of fuel transport and cooling system inGas Turbine. In this passage, the Pipe-net method is used in the internal coolingstructure of Gas Turbine blade. Schematic cooling structure design of turbine bladeis based on Pipe-net calculation. In this paper, the control equations of Pipe-net method are deduced, and thesolving numerical methods are illustrated in details. In order to verify thecorrectness of the Pipe-net method, the5411experimental condition of Mark II highload guide blade is used to verify the Pipe-net calculation method, throughvalidation instructions, the idea of the internal fluid-net computing, the external heatcalculation of turbine blade and the conjugate calculation of pipe-net is feasible. ThePipe-net method which has been already verified is then used in a certain type ofhigh load rotor. By combining CFX three-dimensional calculation result, in therotation and the stationary state, the detailed internal flow and heat transfercharacteristics of turbine blade are analyzed. By the calculation results, the importand export mass flow of cooling air is accurate, so it can provide reliable data tosupport the experiments. In the rotation state, the flow and heat transfer situation ofthe internal cooling air is improved, this is reflected in mass flow rate is increasedand the heat transfer is enhanced in each blade cooling channel.
