Research Of Float Glass Furnace Flue Gas Pollution Control Measures

After the "glass industry air pollutant emission standards"(GB26453-2011) introduced, float glass production enterprises are facing more stringent emission limits, the original manufacturer pollution prevention measures to be completed in December31,2013in rectification, in order to meet new emissions requirements.This paper analyzes the current situation of float glass furnace waste gas treatment, compared to "glass industry air pollutant emission standards"(GB26453-2011) and "industrial furnace air pollutant emission standards"(GB9078-1996), combined with a company Tongliao float glass furnace flue gas pollution monitoring data, analysis of float glass furnace flue types of pollutants and meet the "glass industry air pollutant emission standards"(GB26453-2011) the new standard flue gas pollution control measures.In this paper, results for the new float glass furnace or transformation of float glass furnace production line as the technical basis for environmental impact assessment.
