Composite material is a material with excellent overall performance, because of its performance can be designed in many areas has been widely used. With the rapid development of national science and technology, the requirements of research and application of composite materials become higher and higher, the design and study of composite materials with high-performance or special properties have great practical significance. With the deepening of research on numerical methods and progressing of computer visualization technology, finite element analysis of composite micromechanics achieved, because it can study the relationship between microstructure of composite materials and macroscopic properties of the material, effectively guide the design of composite materials, makes composite materials more widely applied.This study used characteristic technical of our group, accorded to the national/industry standards, used large commercial finite element software ABAQUS as modeled and computed platform, used the Python language by ABAQUS pretreatment for secondary development, the geometric model of CKFR-PMCs woven laminated structure of composite material was established and was meshed, and applied Python language scripting procedures to control fiber volume fraction of the geometric model of composite. Used the finite element method to study mechanical testing and thermal performance tests of four ply structural composite representative volume element (RVE) of, included tensile/compression performance test, flexural properties, shear performance test, linear expansion coefficient performance test parameters to predict the mechanical properties and thermal performance parameters, predicted values are in good agreement with the experimental results, verified the validity of the prediction method.This paper gave a complete ideas and methods for prediction of mechanical properties and thermal properties of woven laminated structure of composite material, and studied the impact of laying angle, laying layers as well as loading to the mechanical properties and thermal properties of woven laminated structure of composite material. The impact of laying angle, laying layers as well as loading to the material properties of composite material have some versatility, which provides a reference for carrying out the design and performance of woven laminated structure of composite material.
