| Hongmiao Coal Mine is belonging to the second rank Spontaneous Combustioncoal mine, the coal seam period is20days, when5-2S full-mechanized mining face inadvancing process spontaneous combustion may happen. In order to ensure that5-2Swork face proceeding safely, fire prevention of5-2S goaf in fully mechanized cavingface is the key task. This article tells about through field work and the correspondingnumerical simulation analysis of Hongmiao5-2S mine goaf to carry on fire preventionand control management. By burrying three bundle of tubes to5-2S fully mechanizedcaving face goaf, through the beam tube periodic gas sampling, laboratory analysis gasconcentration of each component of goaf. According to the oxygen concentration datadraw oxygen concentration contour map, using oxygen concentration index to obtaingoaf spontaneous combustion "three belts", and calculate without nitrogen injection andwith nitrogen injection the reasonable speed of work face proceeding. Using Comsolsoftware for numerical simulation analysis of goaf oxygen concentration distributionand flow field, using upper air leakage wind speed and lower limit of oxygenconcentration as an index of division of goaf "three belts", to konw that without nitrogeninjection oxidation and temperate maximum width is62m, work face minimumreasonable proceeding speed is3.1m/d, to konw that with nitrogen injection oxidationand temperate maximum width is26.4m, work face minimum reasonable proceedingspeed is1.32m/d. The contrast between the practical results and the simulation results,simulation results have a function of guiding field practice.By changing air, nitrogeninjection, nitrogen injection mouth position and nitrogen injection time conditions,separately makes numerical simulations, getting the discipline of the factors effecting ongoaf spontaneous combustion "three belts".This study has a large significance in fireprevention of Hongmiao5-2S full-mechannize mining face goaf. |
