It concerns about escaped dust issues of Inner Mongolia Datang InternationalXilinhaote Mining CO,LTD.M102. M103. M106among three belt-driven workshop.Itwill reform and design for dust comprehensive pollution control in belt drive,introducepractical application of High-pressure micro fog dedusting system in belt drive andcapture dust particulate effectively in order to make dust fall in the beginning ofproducing dust by investigation on the site,current specific situation,local climate andwater resource.Optimal spray parameters derived by calculating the field test,nozzlediameter:0.5mm,pressure:5~7MPa,droplet size:3μm~30μm.The dustfall efficiency isfrom80%to90%.Dust control effectively improve employee productivity,reduce therate of loss of mechanical equipment,reducing input costs and water costs for theprevention and control of occupational diseases,and achieved good social and economicbenefits.
