In this thesis, it was studied on industrial applications for a new type Fe1-xO-base catalyst for ammonia synthesis of Amomax-10oxidized and Amomax-lOH-type pre-reduction. The performance of the new type catalyst and structural features in depth were discussed. In300,000t/a synthetic ammonia unit of Fertilizer Plant of Jilin Petrochemical Co.Ltd, this catalyst was get on the industrial application. In this thesis mainly the catalyst selection, loading, reduction, cold start-up, performance calibration and other aspects of new catalysts for industrial application were determined and mearsured. The results show, Amomax-10/10H easily restored with high catalytic activity, getting high net ammonia, activity initiating at low temperature, heating time is short and so on. It is an energy saving, environmental protection catalyst, which for enterprises to create a greater economic and environmental benefits. The results of this thesis will promote the application of catalysts in the domestic large, medium and small-scale ammonia plant. By applications of this catalyst on synthesis ammonia unit, Fertilizer Plant of Jilin Petrochemical Co.Ltd get10Million Yuan RMB economic benefits per year.
