Xifeng oilfield is the micro crack growth, the injected water channeling along cracks easily into the cracks, along the direction of production well by sudden water, reservoir water rose quickly, in a very short period of time into the high water cut stage, the Watered out development and water flooding characteristics of the obvious direction, this kind of oil reservoir to control water and increase oil, improving Watered out effect, improve the ultimate recovery factor, is the hotspot and difficulty in domestic and foreign researches.Water injection profile control technology is to improve the inner layer, interlayer and areal, an important measure to realize the stable output of old oil fields. Through the implementation of profile control measures, can effectively improve injection profile, expand the sweep volume, increase recoverable reserves, reducing the natural decline rate, raise the development level of oil field. Although pre carried out some profile in Xifeng Triassic Chang8reservoir, although obtain certain result, but the water injection pressure is high, the actual situation of pressure limited has always kept climbing.In order to improve the effect of profile control, continuous pressure controlled climbing, the foundation of our water plugging effect in contrast to the similar reservoir, through the analysis of the characteristics of the reservoir and the fracture water breakthrough characteristics, carried out with the site optimization laboratory evaluation approach of combining, optimize the formulation of compound gel plugging agent, inorganic organic compound crosslinking two tone profile control system, improve the strength of plugging agent, prolong the gelation time; with fine slug combination model in section design, strength of repeated alternating injection, the pressure during construction can be adjusted and controlled, a steady increase in objective; the parameter design in the large dose, small capacity injection method, considering the different plugging agent type principle and gelling characteristics, optimization of sectional blocking agent dosage calculation method, in addition, by summarizing the relationship between the profile control effect and construction capacity induction of nearly two years, completed the construction capacity optimization. From the construction site effect, climbing pressure gradually slow down, but the construction effect gradually changed for the better, the overall technology suitable for the Triassic reservoir in Xifeng oilfield water shutoff, accumulated valuable experience for future crack profile control measures, has a good reference and application value to other similar oilfields.
