In this paper, sing Cu2+,Zn2+,Al3+three kinds of metal iron test the acutetoxicity on loach, through the observation and record the activity and deathquantity in different periods, calculating the half lethal concentration of ion toloach, the metal ion joint toxicity effect and the liver SOD,CAT in the pancreas,MDA, GSH and total protein content change exposed to different metal ions.Through the study found that loach exposed to Cu2+solution,48h,72h,96h half lethal concentration were1.054mg/L,0.667mg/L,0.563mg/L;exposure to the Al3+solution,24h,48h,72h,96h half lethal concentrationwere1.497mg/L,1.425mg/L,1.387mg/L,1.350mg/L; exposure to the Zn2+solution,24h,48h,72h,96h half lethal concentration were3.276mg/L,3.010mg/L,2.938mg/L,2.856mg/L.Loach exposed to Cu2+-Al3+mixed solution,48h,72h joint toxicity effectperformance are synergy; exposure to Cu2+-Zn2+mixed solution,48h,72hjoint toxicity performance are synergy; exposure to Al3+-Zn2+mixed solution,48h、72h joint toxicity performance are antagonistic action.Cu2+,Zn2+,Al3+kinds of metal ion toxicity are influenced by waterhardness, reduce with the increase of the water hardness.Loach exposed to copper ion solution, liver the pancreatic GSH content,CAT activity and MDA content, SOD content increased, the total protein losses. The pancreas of GSH, total protein, MDA content increased, SOD contentincreased, CAT activity decline.Based on the acute toxicity of loach, has confirmed three kinds of metal ionon the acute toxicity of loach, and heavy metal ions and the coexistence of loachtoxicity effect. To make the fishery water quality standards and industrialemissions standards provide basis.
