With the phenomenon of weight heavier and quality inferior is more and mo reobvious, the consistency of calcium and magnesium metal ions in the crude oil isGrowing. So, it is well known that decalcification of calcium-enriched crude oil is stilla pressing problem puzzling people.In recent years, the Decalcification Technique cannot meet industrial needs. There are many problems, such as the high cost,environmentally unfriendly behaviors and Acid value of crude oil increased afterdecalcification. Therefore, environmental protection and efficient, new, cheapdecalcifying agent needs to be further developed.This thesis has researched two kinds of green and efficient chelatingdecalcification agent: Hydrolyzed poly maleic anhydride (HPMA) and terpolymerwhich is composed by maleic anhydride(MA), acrylic acid(AA), hydroxyethylacrylate(HEA).For HPMA, we have exploered the synthesis condition and the optimum. Setting ahigher conversion rate of HPMA as one of its targets, this paper explores the synthesisconditions of HPMA. It turns out that the best condition for the synthesis is that, thereaction temperature is80°C, the reaction time is5h, and the addition time for theinitiator is25min. Beyond that, in order to reduce the crystallization rate of maleicacid, the thesis also explores the best polymerization process.That is7.5%wt ofSodium hypophosphite,30%wt of isopropyl alcohol and1%wt of triethylamine. We’vestudied on the effect of decalcification agent calcium, and find that the bestdecalcifying effect is the condition which molar ratio of agent and Ca is1. In this paper,a series of HPMA is synthesized with different molecular weight to discuss thedecalcification effect of each kind. It is found that the higher the molecular weight is,the better the decalcification effect will be, and the best decalcification e ffect canreach to82.46%.As to the MA-AA-HEA terpolymer system, we calculate the amount of initiatorand chain transfer agent under setting molecular weight. Besides, we discuss the theeffect of mixed liquid addition time on the reaction conversion rate and molecularstructure. We find that the best decalcifying effect is the condition which molar ratio ofagent and Ca is0.25. We have researched acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl acrylatemonomer content on the decalcification effect in copolymerization syst em. It is found that the MA:AA:HEA Monomer ratio of5:2:1can reach to the best decalcificationeffect under the conditions of the same level of molecular weight. Besides, we find thatthe decalcification effect of oil decalcifying agent is relation to molecular weightwhich is range from2000to4000. If the decalcifying agent is not in this range, itsmonomer ratio is a very small impact on the decalcification effect.
