Quinazoline and its derivatives are an important class of nitrogen heterocycliccompound, which widely exist in the natural products and drugs. Many chemists aretrying to synthesis quinazoline skeleton and its method, since they have goodpharmacological activity, such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertensive andsterilization. There are a large number of literature on synthetic quinazoline andderivatives, but the disadvantage is often strict condition, difficult separation, lowyield.This paper focuses on research in synthesis method of pyrazolo [1,5-c] thequinazoline nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.This thesis can be divided into four parts:Chapter I: The first chapter we have briefly introduced about the applications of1,3-dipolar and different kinds of synthetic the quinazoline.Chapter II: The second chapter, we have developed Synthesis of1,3-dipolarquinazoline and derivatives via acid catalyzedChapter III: The third chapter, we have reported a novel approach tophenylpyrazolo [1,5-c] quinazoline derivatives via an efficient there-componentreaction of o-benzaldehyde hydrazone, triethyl orthoformate, acetylene series whichutilized AgI.Chapter Ⅳ: We have reported a highly efficient and a novel method between1,3-dipole quinazoline and butyne acid dimethyl ester or terminal alkyne.We have found lots of documents on synthetic quinazoline derivatives viaquinazolinone skeleton which build some quinazoline compounds. our group find anew way to synthesis of quinoline oxazoline and our group synthesized dozens of newquinazoline derivatives used this new1,3-dipolar quinazoline skeleton.
