A Study On Investment Effect Evaluation Of The Development Project Productivity Construction Of Yanchang Low Permeability Oil Field

With domestic oil supply and demand contradiction has become increasingly prominent, each big oil companies are continuously explore new oilfield development. To advance rapid and sustained production of northern shaanxi province oil field of the Yanchang oil group, and realize sustainable development the exploitation of oil and gas in the Yanchang oil group, the development of the area of low permeability reservoirs in the plate or low permeability reservoir has become an important project. In order to use the low mining cost, and effective use the surrounding existing production facilities, build ultra low permeability reservoir distribution area production facilities, will have to evaluate the investment effect of the production capacity construction scheme, in order to optimize the productivity construction project investment.Low permeability development project of the Yanchang oil group is the research object in this paper, analyze based on current situation of the productivity construction engineering of the Yanchang low permeability sandstone reservoir, the goal is building scientific low permeability sandstone reservoir evaluation model and establishing technology advanced oilfield development whole economic evaluation system, the integrated use petroleum geology, oil field development, economics, mathematics, operations research, computer science, decision science, information management related knowledge, discusses evaluation method of the project productivity construction investment effect, evaluation system, the project investment effect forecast the collection of oil and gas exploration, development, surface construction in three economic evaluation works. Based on the analysis the basic results data of the production capacity construction project of the Yanchang Y production, we analysis main practice of the production capacity of the Y production, and choose the reasonable evaluation method of thelow permeability development project investment effect, Y production has established a set of scientific and effective investment effect evaluation system, and detailed evaluate investment effect of low permeability development project using this evaluation system. In this paper, begin with investment results of capacity construction projects,we research investment effect evaluation of the development project productivity construction of Yanchang low permeability oil field.lt provides the scientific method and advanced guidance to the economic evaluation low permeability sandstone reservoir capacity construction scheme,and guides future investment direction,adjusts investment structure, continue to promote enterprise’s sustainable development.
