With the development of science and technology, high reliability products have e-merged. In the reliability life test, the most commonly used test method is time curtailed reliability test. By the limit of long service life, small sample size and testing time, zero-failure data and one-failure data occur more frequently. For the reason mentioned above, finding the scientific and efficient reliability method to analyze the zero-failure data or one-failure data has been one of the most important problems in reliability fields.In this paper, we use exponential distribution and do a research about it through objective Bayesian method. At last, we do simulation study and real data analysis to compare objective Bayesian method with other method.
