The Ribes plants about200species worldwide, the vast majority of species in the north of the Tropic of cancer area distribution, as the north temperate distribution types, Northeast China is one of the distribution centers of diversity. This study based on the system of the existing Ribes the research work as the basis, through the study on molecular phylogeny analysis, has made a deep research on the problem of the system of northeast area Ribes, discussed and system of the infrageneric classification unit.In this paper, by using ITS, ETS and psbA-trnH three sequence fragments, of Ribes plants were phylogenetic analysis, and the Ribes genus within the interspecific relationship are discussed, mainly including the following content:1. Ribes in Northeast region resource very rich,contain20species and8scatter types2. During the experiment, the quality is reliable sample total DNA,through the continuous optimization of the reaction system, the reaction system for Ribes, and successfully obtained ITS, ETS and psbA-trnH fragments.3. Molecular evidence by ITS, ETS and psbA-trnH three sequence as the system research, four series matrix (ITS, psbA-trnH ETS&ITS ETS&ITS&psbA-trnH) MP, ME and NJ analysis, that the use of MP analysis method for the system analysis of the obtained phylogenetic tree may be more accurately reflect the phylogeny of Ribes. The ETS&ITS&psbA-trnH matrix.4. According to the research results, determine the Ribes is a monophyletic group.5. Through the study on the phylogenetic tree of northeastern Ribes the results, unisexual taxa Ribes mostly in molecular phylogenetic tree earlier branch, questioned the genus bisexual Lu Lingdi proposed the flower primitive taxa view, unisexual species are intermittently distributed in different evolutionary branches, probably because of different species of flower is formed by different mechanisms have evolved independently; the morphological characters and comparative phylogenetic tree, reflexed sepals whether the morphological characters of distribution and tree tea Ribes ETS&ITS&psbA-trnH phylogenetic species distribution is consistent, so that the morphological characteristics, reflexed or erect sepals as Ribes infrageneric classification basis.6. Ribes fasciculatum and Ribes triste gather in the same sister taxa, and get high support rate, this paper considers possible phylogenetic relationship between the two species.7. Combination of morphological, molecular phylogeny and geographical distribution,this paper attempts to distribution area northeast of Ribes plant is divided into6subgenera.
