Since the1960s, china’s rapid urbanization, especially in Southeast China, accelerated growth of the urban population, Industrialized level rises ceaselessly, the impact of urbanization on climate change has caused widespread concern.Has been, there is a greater differernce in the assessment of the magnitude of the impact of urban development on climate change, Since the division of city and country take site also exists in different methods.For this problem, This paper through the DMSP/OLS night light data products, MODIS land cover data, population data, three different methods to distinguish between city and country station, and the analysis of different partition methods led to the city for the effect of uncertainty, on this basis, try to find a reliable urban and rural station division standard, and using the homogenization temperature revised ground observation data as the site actual change sequence, analysis of southeastern China during1961-2004urban heat island effect influence on climate change. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The test results show that China’s southeast, northwest, northeast, southwest of the effects of urbanization, the uncertainty brought by urbanization in different urban and rural meteorological stations in the division method show different characteristics of different regions and seasons, southeast, southwest and northeast is mainly reflected in the numerical size, while the northwest will appear exactly the opposite trend.(2) Using3indicators divided city, country station division results in different regions of China, city warming impact on temperature were studied, results show that urban heat island effect of the minimum temperature warming effect is the most obvious, and city of the warming influence in Southeast China is the most significant, annual mean minimum temperature of0.0891℃/10a,warming contribution rate of34.11%, followed by the northwest Territories, northeast and southwest region is not obvious. In seasonal temperature change, affect the city of a North-South differences in distribution, southeast and southwest in spring and autumn is more significant, while the northeast and northwest is the winter and spring.(3) Further12cities in China group test of the effects of urbanization, the results show that:most of the city group has a significant urbanization contribution to warming, and urbanization of the stronger regional and seasonal regularity more obvious, that the impact of urbanization on the minimum temperature are the strongest, the maximum temperature is the weakest. Seasonal characteristics basically accord with the effects of North-South city of. Although the effect of mean annual temperature city of part of the region is not obvious, but there are also city of certain influence on seasonal average temperature changes, such as the Chengdu-Chongqing region in spring the maximum temperature UHI reached0.0364℃/10a, and the maximum temperature is higher than the minimum temperature and the average temperature.(4) In different regions of China and different weather conditions of the warming effect of city of test results show that, sunny, windless and calm wind conditions, city heat island warming effect on the maximum and minimum temperature region is larger than that of the other weather conditions, and the most to calm wind condition. At the same time, along with the increase of wind speed, city heat island intensity is gradually weakened. Although the southwest of the warming effect is not significant, but the autumn in the sunny, windless and calm wind conditions are detected City warming effect on temperature. Regional and the city group UHI results also show that sunny and windless and calm wind, seasonal characteristics of two kinds of weather conditions city heat island is basically the same, the minimum temperature of autumn and winter, the maximum temperature of summer and winter season are obvious.
