Soil salinization has become a global ecological problems, research on the saline-alkali resistance of plants, and choose plant species which has strong salt resistance and ecological effect choose adaptable plants were popularization and application, those have the extremely profound practical significance for soil improvement, environment greening of the northeast saline area, and providing data support for salt-tolerant species domesticated and application promotion.Lespedeza bicolor, Hippophae rhamnoides, Amorpha fruticosa are the north common greening slope protection tree species. This research used three plants as the research object, analysised those changes in the external morphological characteristics and physiological characteristics treated with different concentrations of Na2CO3, NaHCO3as well as Mix, preliminarily analysis to discuss the three plants’ symptoms and tolerance of the comparative analysis under different concentration of Na2CO3, NaHCO3stress, aimed at choosing excellent plant materials for the northeast inland saline area of improvement, greening, provide data support for the domesticated and application promotion of salinity tree species. The results were shown as follows:1、Three kinds of plants appeared different degrees of salt injury symptoms under salt stress, and obvious different symptoms. The stress resistance of L. was more serious than H. and A., in short-term stress the stress injury performance of H. and A. was almost the same, but in long-term stress A. was better than H.. Single salt damage to plants was more serious than Mix, Na2CO3damage was the most serious among them.2、Under Na2CO3, NaHCO3and Mix stress, three plants’ physiological indicators almost had the same change trend on the whole, with the increase of salt concentration and stress time continues, water content appeared a downward trend, relative conductivity, MDA content, proline content and soluble sugar content was on the rise, POD activity, Chlorophyll content appeared a trend of reduce the rise first; under the same salt of different concentration processing, the greater concentration, the change of physiological indicators was more significantly; under the same concentration of different kinds of salt processing, Na2CO3is the most significant influence on plants, NaHCO3less, Mix salt least.3、Water content, POD activity, chlorophyll content were negatively correlated with stress, relative conductivity, MDA content, proline content, soluble sugar content were positively correlated with stress.4、Relative conductivity, MDA content, proline content and chlorophyll content could be used as main analysis indicators in the evaluation of Na2CO3and NaHCO3tolerance.5、Three plants for Na2CO3and NaHCO3resistance strength was:Lespedeza bicolor< Hippophae rhamnoides<Amorpha fruticosa.
