In recent years, due to the networking impact on global economy strongly, we had already come into the information-ages. High-tech industrial cluster had become the leading industry of the modern economy. Industrial cluster and innovation networks are definitely concluded from two theories, through long-time evolution and interaction, it had become a new research area. As there are many research levels exist in innovation networks, it was divided into two parts by experts:regional innovation networks and enterprise innovation networks. Industrial cluster was defined as a phenomenon of many enterprises which engage in the same industry and in the same area, and they develop together, so the research of Industrial cluster and innovation networks could be classified as an aspect of regional innovation networks of the same industry.This report includes5Chapters; the introduction shows the information background, the research methods and the innovations of this essay.
