Along with the fast development of global science and technology, human society has entered an era of knowledge economy. The knowledge is substituting for the tradition element and becoming the enterprise’s most important capital. Meanwhile the knowledge management gradually became one of the themes of enterprise management. For the knowledge intensive R&D team in IT enterprise knowledge is the most important resources and the source of enterprise’s competitive advantage. Knowledge Sharing in Team members can reduce repetitive work, improve work efficiency and knowledge innovation, and make better use of human resource. The research on knowledge Sharing is very important to knowledge management in IT enterprise.This paper takes the members in R&D team of IT enterprise as the research object, is aimed to find the main influential factors of the knowledge sharing in IT R&D team and explore how each factors influence on the knowledge sharing process, then trying to provide some useful ideas in knowledge sharing. The research work of this thesis includes the following:by studying the existing literature to define the IT R&D team and summarizes previous relevant studies on knowledge sharing and its influential factors. Explore prerequisites, main forms and existing problems in knowledge sharing within IT R&D team. Then, The model of influence factors of knowledge sharing validity and relation hypotheses were constructed by taking previous researches and the characteristic of IT R&D team as the background. Get the date by questionnaire survey and the SPSS17.0statistics software was used to analyze the actual condition of knowledge sharing, and to examine the model and the relation hypotheses been supported or not. Based on the research results, the article provides some effective advices for improving knowledge sharing validity in IT R&D team and expects the future research. The research conclusions mainly included following aspects:IT R&D team’s knowledge sharing performance can be measured from shallow layer and deep layer performance. Statistical data shows the deep performance is worse than shallow performance. The team atmosphere, the incentive system, teaching willingness, sharing mechanism and the physical environment have significant positive effect on shallow layer performance of knowledge sharing, while the difficulty of knowledge has a significant negative influence. The team atmosphere, the receiving intention, sharing mechanism and sharing capability have significant positive effect on the deep layer performance of knowledge sharing. In order to improve the IT R&D team’s knowledge sharing performance, we should create a team atmosphere conducive to knowledge sharing, improve the knowledge sharing mechanism, improve the ability of team members’knowledge absorption and utilization, and establish the evaluation system, incentive system and security system of knowledge sharing in teams.
