| With the developing of the economic, there is a large-scale transfer of industries in China. The joint development zone came into being as a new model of regional cooperation. There are many practice of the joint development zone in our country but the theoretical research about the internal mechanism is lack. The article made a comprehensive analysis of the basic connotation of the joint development zone through studying the concept, characteristics, motivation, and the meaning. Then the article analyzed the stakeholders, the implement of the interest and the mode of the distribution of benefits in our country. Finally, the article found that the distribution system was too rough and the coordination mechanism for the distribution of the benefits was imperfect. Therefore the article tried to build and improve the benefit-sharing mechanism of the joint development zone in order to promote the continuity and stability of the joint development zone, which is composed of profit allocation mechanism, interest compensation mechanism and the safeguard mechanism. |
