Study On Agricultural Sustainable Development Capacity Of Xinjiang

As a development view, sustainable development has become theconsensus. Agricultural sustainable development is an important part of thesustainable development strategy, and it plays an important role to thenational economy and social sustainable development. Ability of thesustainable development is the precondition of regional agriculturesustainable development. Xinjiang agricultural sustainable developmentability is the important foundation of economic and social development.In this paper, we introduce some related theories of the sustainabledevelopment of agriculture at first. We analyzed present situation ofXinjiang agricultural development from the perspective of industrialstructure. We build Xinjiang agricultural sustainable development abilityevaluation index system, including five sub-systems of the population,resources, environment, economy and society. Through the analytichierarchy process (AHP), we evaluate the agricultural sustainabledevelopment capacity in Xinjiang using MATLAB software and Excelsoftware. Based on the evaluation system, we analyzed the cause of theproblem of Xinjiang agriculture in developing. On this basis, combining thereality of Xinjiang, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestionsfor the sustainable development of agriculture in Xinjiang: vigorouslydevelop water-saving agriculture; Scientific technology in agriculture;Adjust the internal industrial structure of agriculture; Improve the system ofagricultural land; Developing rural economic organizations; Perfect ruralfinancial system; Establish and improve agricultural service system. Finally,this paper also discussed Xinjiang agricultural sustainable development infuture.
