Due to the intensifying of the market competition, manufacturing companies focus their resources on improving core abilities while asking third-party enterprises to deal with Logistics and other non-core businesses through outsourcing and other forms to get greater competitive edge. As to third-party logistics enterprises, whose product is the logistics service, should try hard to improve their logistics ability, which is the guarantee of high quality logistics service. And high quality logistics service is the only way to make customers satisfied, maintain customers’ resources and eventually build long-term corporation.The paper mainly researches on the following questions:in reality, whether logistics ability of the third-party logistics enterprises will influence customer satisfaction; which factors make of the logistics ability of the third-party logistics enterprises; which factor would make customers more satisfied, logistics soft power(the level of logistics management and planning, logistics innovation capability and so on),or logistics hardware(logistics infrastructure, logistics equipment, logistics information system and so on). From the perspective of logistics enterprises, the paper will research on the main factors influencing the capability of logistics elements.The paper collects the data about how third-party logistics companies influencing customer satisfaction through expert interviews and questionnaires and verify the reasonableness of the related assumptions by using SPSS. It identifies the constitute dimensions and elements of third-party logistics enterprise’s logistics capability. Besides, the research also finds that third-party logistics enterprise’s logistics capability has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction and that different element of third-party logistics enterprise’s logistics capability has a variety of degrees of impacts on customer satisfaction and that third-party logistics enterprise’s logistics capability has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of customer’s psychology and that different element of third-party logistics enterprise’s logistics capability has a variety of degrees of impacts on the satisfaction of customer’s psychology and that third-party logistics enterprise’s logistics capability has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of customer’s need and that different element of third-party logistics enterprise’s logistics capability has a variety of degrees of impacts on the satisfaction of customer’s need. According to the conclusions, the paper proposes a number of managerial implications for third-party logistics enterprises to enhance customer satisfaction.
