With the increasingly intense competition in Chinese communicationindustry, how effectively a company can allocate its existing resourcesbecomes the topic that can’t be neglected and avoided in the competition.Previously, a company can often observe a very huge competitiveadvantage through purchasing advanced technology, equipment andintroducing enough talented people. However, as the technology, especiallythe Internet technology, has developed very fast, the comptetion is nolonger limited particularly to some region or service. Therefore, thecomptetion depends more on the company as a whole in that not only thetechnology, equipment and talented people are needed, but also thecompany is able to form a suitable competing conformity.As for the allocation for the human resource and equipment tool, thebest condition is that all the resources be able to satisfy its’ presentdevelopment exactly and the existing resources be neither in shortage norin surplus. While the shortage of resources means that the company’s productivity is not able to meet its production and thus implies the loss ofopportunities, the surplus of resources is a waste of production ability andmeans that the company has borne unnecessary cost or lost its profit.Based on the existing Enterprise Group theory, the Modern Enterpriseand Property Systems and the Trading Cost theory, this thesis studies theconstruction and implementation of the manpower and equipment toolresource sharing mechanisms of Chinese Telecommunication Service’sGuangxi Corporation. The methods of the corporation’s sharing systems’construction are analyzed, the key problems are delt with, and theprinciples and mechanisms are proposed with applications and cases.
