The organizations involved in home appliance industry, especially in multi-mediainformation appliances, will become manufacturers for low-end products or EMS. Theylose their power and position on defining and deciding business mode andprofit-making mode in the industry in the cycle of global economic recession and at ageof re-adjustment of industry chains if they still stick to the traditional business mode ofmanufacturing.The main purpose of this paper is to elaborate on innovation and management ofoperation mode of home appliance organizations and try to find a solution for them.Internet has impacted and re-modeled the traditional media industry and musicindustry. Apple has overturned the traditional mobile phone industry. Both of themincreased customer’s satisfaction and loyalty by improving the user-friendly,convenience and rapidness of the service on basis of studying carefully consumers’mentality, habit and trend. They have changed the business mode that we have gottenused to for many years and re-built a sustainable development business mode.The paper explores business mode transition of home appliance organization inview of providing service and customers’ satisfaction. Although market chance exists,and there is a theory which has been proven by many successful cases in the world, it isstill required to explore and study carefully on how to effectively combine theory andpractice, especially how to motivate the staff fully, achieve their self-worth,andstipulate incentive measures and etc. under China’s specific conditions.The author explains and elaborates the concept and theory of business mode,service sales&marketing in view of industry trend, and operation situation of aparticular company. He puts forward his idea in details on business mode transition ofhome appliance organizations based on improving service and touching customersunder the new economic situation.The company that the author works for is the innovating business mode, andchanging the traditional mode, and he has involved into it. Therefore, he hasexperienced in study, exploration, and practice. As service economy is approaching, it’s a must to define a service sales&marketing mode rapidly that makes all people involve into via exploration, innovationand practice. It would promote organizations to transit successfully, and make them toacquire unique competitiveness that can not be copied easily by the competitors, and itwould be useful reference for the other organizations too.
