Information and talent become more and more important in the new century, especiallyin the new decade. Talent has played an indispensable role in today’s society in all aspects ofcompetition. Chinese have proposed the concept of "people-oriented”, therefore, more andmore organizations pay close attention to human resource management. As enterprises, whichbasic structure of the main social are employees, human resources could help them gain acompetitive advantage. It is a winning point. A variety of human resource managementconcept have been proposed and put into practice. Academic researches keeping going on inorder to improve the content of high-performance human resource management, and thenapplied in practice to improve performance. Wherefore, I, the author, want to research theRelationship between High-performance human resource management and firm performancein this article and the effect is how to work.Firstly, the article reviewed the concept and the content of high performance humanresource management, and gave an opinion of this article; secondly, this paper summarizes theresearches of on the relationship between the relevant variables. And based on previousresearches, the paper gave the four basic theoretical assumptions. The say work up aimmediate model and a intermediary model; thirdly, the thesis selects scales which wereverified to survey more than200employees in different firms. Then the survey data was usedto test the model.In the specific empirical research, the paper used SPSS19.0and AMOS7.0to process thesurvey data. Giving the analysis, the result verified the assumptions of this article. Specificdata analysis include: a simple descriptive analysis of sample data, reliability and validityanalysis of the questionnaire, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling analysis. First,we verify the immediate model of high performance human resource management andcorporate performance. The conclusion is high performance human resource management andcorporate performance significantly positively related. And further study of the highperformance human resource management to verify different dimensions’ utility.Second, thepaper mainly study the intermediary utility of innovation, and finally arrived at the conclusionthat the innovation play a role of intermediary. A variety of analysis and verification enrichedthe content of this article.In the final part of this article, I gave some suggestions about human resourcesmanagement activities according to the conclusions.
