Advertising is a kind of rapid drug information, effective way, drug ads areconsumer understanding of drug information, the most direct and important way,is also the pharmaceutical production enterprises, operators of publicitypromotional products commonly used method. Specification of the advertisement ofmedicines and chemical reagents, both for the consumers really useful druginformation, and can help physicians, pharmacists, patients understandpharmaceutical functions,uses and characteristic,guide people to correctly choosethe medicine, drug use, and effectively promote the pharmaceutical productionenterprise product sales and market prosperity and development of thepharmaceutical industry. China’s" Drug Administration Law"," advertisement law"on the advertisement of medicines and chemical reagents have made correspondingregulations, but, from our country medicine advertising current situation is notoptimistic, illegal medicine advertising is banned repeatedly more than, light is awaste of money, bungle illness, violated consumer’s right to know, andmisleading consumer consumption choice, thereby endangering the health ofconsumers and even life-threatening. At present, the illegal drug advertisement hasbecome the social effects of pollution, the harm far more than the generalmerchandise of false advertising. As a result of drug information asymmetry, theillegal drug advertisements more deceptive, severe damage to the same industryintegrity of the legitimate rights and interests of operators, evoked unfaircompetition, serious impact on the construction of harmonious society.This article from the current situation of drug advertising in China, analysesthe illegal drug advertisements in China ’s overall situation and the illegal drugadvertisement characteristic and represent form; and combining the situation of ourcountry and the management of drug advertisement in the success and theinsufficiency, proposed consummates our country drug advertising supervisionproposal and train of thought. Only drug advertisement transmission links are fullyplay their respective roles, advertisement of illegal medicines and chemicalreagents can be effectively curbed, advertisement of medicines and chemicalreagents can also become a truly benign information carrier, to the public drug consumption play a leading role, to ensure the drug safety.
