Study On Service Condition Of Logistics Service Supply Chain With Asymmetric Information

With the development of economic globalization, customer demand is also diversified and personalized increasingly. If enterprises want to meet consumers’demand, they must change their traditional management, trading modes and improve their service level. But so far, no one service enterprise could provide all types of logistics services. Just because traditional supply chain is inefficient, scattered and function limited, a comprehensive logistics service organization which focuses on integrating and coordinating the effort and interests of all parties is introduced into the supply chain, providing integrated logistics services for different customers.From the actual operation of the logistics service supply chain, this paper studies the service coordination and incentive mechanism based on the measurability of logistics service providers’ effort-output under asymmetric information.The specific studies of this paper are as follows:First, this paper introduces the definition, characteristics, and structure of this new supply chain, and then reviews the related literatures of this logistics service supply chain, and pointes out the deficiency of these literatures as well, at last on this basis, this paper makes sure of this paper’s research content and meaning.By constructing the coordination model of traditional supply chain and logistics service supply chain, this paper studies the influence factors of the service level. By means of studying the service coordination under the action of logistics service integrator, this paper proves that the logistics service supply chain has better coordination abilities than the traditional supply chain. The model of logistics service supply chain does better in coordinating the supply chain service level, improving logistics services providers’efforts, and increasing interests of all parties in the new supply chain, etc.Then, this paper puts some numerical on the two models for example analysis. By analyzing the relevant data, diagrams and images, this paper explains the influences of each state variable and parameters to the optimal decisions more intuitively, verifies the model results and gets some instructive and meaningful inspirations.Finally, this paper summarizes the full text of my research work. It not only points out the contribution and the deficiency of this paper, but also presents the further research work.
