| With the acceleration of urbanization, the trafic pressure has become more heavy, which led much contradiction to traffic supply and demand. Adjusting the urban public transit price is one of the main means to distribute urban passenger transport resource. Reasonable passenger taxi price would affect the trip decision of inhabitant and make a balance between means of transportation and time-space range by changing the demand elasticity of inhabitant trip and the travel opportunity cost, it is practically significant to determine a reasonable taxi pricing model. Meanwhile, the adjustment of taxi price would affect the benefits of passengers and taxi drivers. So the paper established the multi-objective pricing model with fully considering the government, drivers and passengers satisfaction.Firstly, the writer analyzed the basic features and the service function of urban passenger taxi, cleared the unique characteristics which were different from the other means of transportation, dissected the complementarily and competition relationships with other routine transit, and researched the passenger taxi pricing basic theory on the basis of the above, then analyzed the tariff structure, freight rate levels, pricing influence factors and special transportation cost.Secondly, the author analyzed the usual pricing models and their applicability, ensured the necessity of the multi-objective pricing through researching the key factors in determing the taxi price, and then build the multi-objective pricing model of urban taix and proposed the algorithm.Finally, the author analyzed the price of passenger taxi in Chengdu. On the one hand, author identified the weight coefficient of the target functions through investigating the basic data, then used Lingo to achieve the model solution, verified the rationality of the model. On the other hand, the influence to the passenger taxi price caused by oil price fluctuation was analyzed by making use of the linkage mechanism between freight and oil price. |
