With further development of world economic integration and trade globalization, economic and trade exchanges between different places among the world is more and more frequent. Economic globalization is taking shape. Ports’ link in the global supply chain development plays an important role in the flow of production factors, such as capital, technology and information, which ties up foreign trade of one country or region. The development of ports in some degree have a profound impact on the situation of national economy overoll. On the basis of reference to previous valuable researches, quantitative analysis from the angle of port logistics services is conducted with use of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. to identify the existing relative lower efficiency ports. Then for these relatively non-efficiency of ports, Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is used to achieve their standardized definition of logistics services operational processes, which is trying to in-depth process of port logistics operations level accurate positioning of its weak process areas, and investigate the cause of the relative bad performance of ports, In addition, we selected the time series data of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port to specific discussion since the merger of the two ports, to discover competitive advantages and disadvantages, and the chance of development and construction proposals. After analyzing the data, our current operations efficiency of port logistics services is not high, the performance evaluation value mostly are still stuck in the negative. There is still a considerable gap between Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and international ports among same industry. In the end, based on research and analysis of the results and conclusions, suggestions and feasible countermeasures for improvement and further development of port logistics services industry operational efficiency are put forward. Port logistics efficiency evaluation has been upgraded in the vertical depth of the SCOR model and the PCA model and they are studied together to enrich the academic research in this regard, which provide theoretical and empirical support for the promotion of ports logistics industries’development in China.
