Supply chain is constituted by integrated function nets which surround thecore company, from purchasing raw materials to the final product and through thesales network to consumers. With the improvement of science technology andglobal economic development, the competition between the enterprises isgradually replaced by the competition between the supply chains. In order to beable to achieve survive and develop, the enterprise of a supply chain, especiallythe supply chain’s core enterprise must analyze its own and competitive supplychains’ channel when making decisions, finally choose the right decision. Butsupply chain is in a very complex internal and external environment, thedecisions which may effect on its own and competitor’s supply chain, so theoptimal channel choice of the competitive supply chains get a lot of attentionfrom theory circle and business circle. At first, the dissertation analyzes the organizational structure of supplychains, namely the power structure and the topological structure, sets thecompetition between two separate supply chains in which the manufacture as aleader as the study objective of this dissertation, and simply describes threecompetitive channel (DD channel, ID channel and II channel) form, respectivelyestablish the relevant channel model under linear demand and nonlinear demandfunction. Then, the dissertation states the changing behavior of three channelform’s equilibrium price and market scale, On the basis of that choosing theoptimal channel form respectively, and describing the cost factors effect on theoptimal channel form of supply chain. Research found that both in the linear ornon-linear demand, II channel form is the Nash equilibrium, which is also theoptimal channel form, but in a certain range supply chains appear "prisoners’dilemma" phenomenon, integral decision making supply chain gains the competition advantage when guarantee that the supply chain with low cost, if notthe profits of supply chains will sharply reduce. Finally, through the analysis ofsmart phone industry, the dissertation verifies the effectiveness of the proposedmodel and the research content reasonable.
