Research On Optimal Spatial Layout Of Rural-urban Construction Land In Hanchuan City

Rural-urban Construction Land is the important material carrier of economic development in rural-urban ares. In recent years, with the society and economic developing gradually and the accelerating of urbanization, the demand of various types of urban and rural construction land is increasing annually, the conflict between supply and demand is more and more obvious about land. At the same time, the disparity between the rural-urban area has been enlarging day by day. Therefore, it is quite necessary to study on how to distribute the Rural-urban Construction Land rationally, and how to improve the efficiency of land resources utilization to make an overall arrangement for the development of rural-urban and to protect the reasonable operation of the national economy.The paper regards the Hanchuan City as studying object, discussed the ways and methods to optimize the spatial layout of Rural-urban Construction Land. The following four parts are:Part1:Introduce the studying background and significance, the research summary about home and abroad, method, frame and theory.Part2:Based on the analysis of the present characteristics of the spatial layout and recent developing of Rural-urban Construction Land in Hanchuan City, the paper finds its present layout exists a lot of problems, mainly including prominent paradox in the spatial layout of Rural-urban Construction Land, the rapid expansion and disordered layout of urban construction land, loose layout of rural settlements and the waste of more serious, more farmland used for construction, there is the conflict side about construction land and basic farmland, and so on.Part3:The10indicators of economic development, population growth, industrial structure, urbanization and industrialization are regarded as impact factor of spatial layout of Rural-urban Construction Land in Huanchuan City. Using the maximum standardized method,correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis by SPSS software analyzes impact factor and concludes the driving models of the total of urban-rural construction land, urban land, rural residential land and independent industrial and mining land. Part4:Based on the former research, it establishs principle and program about optimal spatial layout of Rural-urban Construction Land and elaborate layout of Urban construction land, rural residential land, industrial land and the central city respectively. Finally, it bring up several suggestions and measures, such as organizing overall plan of land use scientificly, integrating the operating mechanism of land market, strengthening the managenment of land resources, promoting the plan of village system, increasing efforts to construct central village, improving land-linked police, enhancing the space contral of construction land, and so on.
