Exploration and development of gas resources in China is still in its infancy. With China’s environmental protection, optimizing energy structure and the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development, economic evaluation of natural gas reserves will become increasingly subject to the attention of government and corporate policymakers at all levels. Oil, natural gas geological reserves of oil and natural gas reserves in the ground, it is oil and gas field exploration and development results reflect.Exploration stage and development stage oil and gas reserves has been the main objective of the search for oil workers, is an extremely important task. Therefore, the oil and gas development in decision-making more and more attention has been paid. The purpose of this thesis by the evaluation method of the research project on foreign oil and gas exploration blocks, the use of multi-attribute decision making to help engaged in the evaluation of how the oil and gas exploration and production personnel to carry out targeted oil and gas exploration blocks project obtainedmining sequence. Ultimately, it is confirmed that the multi-attribute decision making methods for economic evaluation is a good method, applied to natural gas, make the results more accurate, intuitive, science. The innovation of this paper is the traditional subjective weight and objective weight method is a combination, to learn the advantages of both to get rid of its shortcomings, is to get the weight value is closer to the actual; multi-attribute decision making method is applied to the field of natural gas development decision-making,build a comprehensive evaluation model, and learned how to maximize the benefits of mining sequence will make the model and estimation results.
