Research On The Relationship Between University Enterprise Innovation Performance And Innovation Abilities Of Region In The East China Based On The Theory Of Triple Helix

In the era of knowledge and economy, characterized by information technology, globalization, network, the development of the world economy is also increasingly showing characteristics of regionalization. How to take full advantage of high-tech enterprises, especially the university spin-off companies, to promote regional innovation abilities and regional economic development has become an important issue, so that it is necessary to do the research on the relationship between performance innovation of spin-off enterprise and regional innovation abilities under the triple helix.Firstly, this paper deeply analyses the theory of the triple helix. Secondly, taking125university spin-off companies in the East China as the research objects, this paper builds the evaluation model of the relationship of university spin-off enterprises’ innovative performance and regional innovation abilities, and in-depth analyses the impact on innovation performance from enterprise resource and entrepreneurs’ abilities, and the impact on regional innovation abilities. Thirdly, this paper evaluates regional innovation abilities of innovation systems in the east China by means of the AHP model, evaluates university spin-off enterprise’s innovation performance in the east China by means of the grey correlation model, then it takes these research’s results to prove the positive effects from university spin-off enterprise’s innovation performance to regional innovation abilities. Lastly, the paper proposes the suggestions for triple helix’s principal parts to play a significance and practical role on regional innovation system and the promotion of regional innovation abilities.
