With the integration situation of global economic, with the diversiformindividuation of customers’ demands and with the increasingly fiercecompetition of different industry, the core enterprises competence depends onwhether it can make use of other rescores effectively besides retaining theircompetitive edge on core competency. Numerous enterprises have changedthe role as the interest community to keep strategic partnership with others. Inthe forming environment of supply chain, how the core enterprises candepend on customer demands, seek the strategic supplier patters by scientificmethod of evaluation and selection rapidly becomes the key element toincrease the core competency of core enterprises.Based on all above reasons, the paper did the research on suppliers’selection of core enterprises in forming of supply chain and presented amethod of suppliers’ selection for using by core enterprises scientific, to makethe selection process more simple and effective. In the first and secondsection, the paper introduced and emphasized the research status of supplier’sselection and the strategy partnership among various suppliers and coreenterprises. On account of this, the study and research on suppliers’ selectionof core enterprises in forming of supply chain was done, and the wholeprocedure of suppliers’ selection was setup finally, and the combination ofDelphi method and Analytic Hierarachincal Model to get satisfied solution ofsupplier selection was selected and used.
