In this paper, based on the research and learning to kinds of motivation theoriescreated before, the author proposes a way to build an effective motivation method tocompany C’s project team that consists of “After1980’s” employees. The proposal iscreated based on the research of psychological demand characteristics to project teamwho are “After1980’s”, and also the failures of current motivation mode of company C,using way of questionnaire and interview, and the regular statistics methods. It is createdfor company C–a set of motivation system is setup, and the ways how to use it areprovided too, and also talking about some potential problems might cause the motivationfail. And it provides one effective way to motivate the “After1980’s” employees fromthe matrix team organization of company C. |
