With the rapid development of technology, the internet widely used, variousknowledge, technology and information in the global range to achieve dissemination andsharing. It promote the process of global economic integration greatly. The rapiddevelopment of high technology intensified market competition. The company reduce theproduction cost and realize the scale of competitive advantage technology intensifiedmarket competition. This way can not adapt to the increasingly fierce competitiveenvironment to win for the core competitiveness of sales profit. It get the extensiveself-identity of academia through the supply chain management to enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises. With the growing market demand diversification,enterprise on the supply chain management has put forward higher requirements in orderto reduce costs. It meet the rapidly emerging new market demand with lower total costsfor the customer to provide more time or service value.This topic takes GC company as an example. It analyse cost optimizationmanagement practice process on the supply chain integration. To design business flow, itcan not only shorten the production cycle and cycle time to reduce the cost, but also cangive an enterprise to bring obvious time competitive advantage. Through procurementorganization adjustment, inventory management by suppliers, three party logisticsoutsourcing, it can means to enhance the level of supply chain management. By using thegoal management and operation cost and combining the cost management means, it canoptimize cost way discuss. Through the development and implementation of theproduction plan, it can cooperation and coordination in supply chain and supply chainoptimization structure to set up supply chain strategy and cooperation mechanism and thesupply chain cost management information system. It can strengthen the accredit betweenthe enterprise collaboration and share information to reduce the total cost of the supplychain. The overall benefit of the supply chain can be improved.
