Under the background of the economic globalization and the information network, in themore and more competitive market environment，information largely determines the conditionof the development of enterprises. At present, automotive industry did not build informationresources and support systems in Sichuan Province. In this paper believe that ensure goodinformation environment of the automotive industry in Sichuan Province, automotive industrydevelopment plan of Sichuan Province can be very good to fulfill.This paper utilizes information cooperative theory and collaborative management systemtheory, depth study of the blind spots and patterns of the automotive industry in SichuanProvince, set up a sustainable development information system of collaborative security andservice for the automotive industry in Sichuan Province.In the network environment，this paper research government, industry associations, publicinformation services, media, content and e-commerce service providers, related businesses,financial institutions, intermediaries advisory bodies persons and experts such as theinformation main categories on-line, this paper analyses the automotive industry informationcooperative system of motivation and external driving forces and combined with theinformation collaborative security and service systems theory, proposed models of theautomotive industry collaborative security and service system in Sichuan Province.
