Research On The Formation Mechanism Of The Self-possession Property Right Technology Standardization Of Chinese Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The self-possession property right technology standardization has become core resource inthe construction of innovation-oriented Chinese society at present. Not only the technologystandards can control the industry chain and keep within limits the competitors, but canthey be a basis to distribute the profit and promote the domestic economic growth. On oneside, the Chinese equipment manufacturing industry (CEMI) enjoys the strategic value forChina’s development and the national defiance, on the other，it works as the motor of theconstruction of modern China. Therefore, self-possession property right technologystandardization is a symbol of a strong power. Both he outline of China’s the EleventhFive-year Plan and the Twelve Five-year Plan has emphasized the importance of CEMI.With the development of globalization, the scarcity of self-possession property righttechnology standardization of CEMI has become the bottleneck of economic development.As the China’s Industry Development Report2011states during the period of China’s theEleventh Five-year Plan, the scarcity of self-possession property right technologystandardization of CEMI was a problem that should take much attention. As the result, howto enhance the original innovation power and self-possession property right technologystandardization is quite practical significance.Based on relative theories and practice, this thesis aims at studying the formationmechanism of CEMI self-possession property right technology standardization. Firstly, twomodels of technical innovation of CEMI have been established: the first is the dynamicmechanism model of original innovation and the second is the network model of integratedinnovation. Secondly, this thesis presents the formation mechanism of CEMIself-possession property right technology standardization which is suitable for China’spresent situation, that is, the formation mechanism of government-led formal standard. Atlast, the case of TD-SCDMA was studied which is a typical case for the formationmechanism of government-led formal standard in CEMI.
