Study On Application Of Information System For Infrastructure Project Management

Today, the project has become a main way to create spiritual wealth, material wealth and social welfare, at the same time, project management along with the humans with a variety of organizational work and team activities, from small gatherings to large construction projects, project management has been closely associated with the development of society, and gradually developed, refined into a theoretical model of the universal laws of science. Decades, the development of modern project management is rapid and is widely used in the process in the field of construction projects, project information technology management has also become a hot spot of the IT building. However, data indicates that the successful ratio of this type of information technology projects implementation in the domestic is not very high. Since a long time, such areas of information technology management has led to hot discussions. Practices has proved that if the stakeholders of the construction projects well understand the theories and methods of project management, effective analyzes the project management elements and objects, can effectively improve the proportion of successful implementation of the project and eliminates and solves many problems in project management.This study starts from the theory of project management, from the angle of the participation of multi-angle and the project life cycle, uses the methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, bases on the characteristics of the construction projects in accordance with the research ideas of identification analysis and response, identifies, analyzes and evaluates the process of construction projects and proposes concrete solutions. Then verifies the application of information management through the case of coastal IPMS projectThe study not only propose information management systems and countermeasures for the coastal IPMS project, provides some guidance on project management information, but also has some reference to application of information technology in other projects.
