Along with rapid growth of global economy, competition between companies becomes fiercer and fiercer, which derives from preliminary condition of hand work to mechanized time, and to current information period. However, rivals occurred in among talent use are of the priority. In order to attract more excellent talents, enterprises are now adopting more modern ways of talent management mode. So, the period of informationalized human resource is being ushered in.××Group has already clearly noticed the importance of this trend and for the first time made particular plan on HR information in its2006-2010Five-Year-Plan in which HR information system has been regarded as one of important support for the whole administration system. In this plan, the development of××Group’s informationalization, principle, target, crucial task and regulation are thoroughly set to build the competitiveness of IT so that more efficient and desirable development can be further achieved.This article tries to pick up some of this company’s detailed HR information plan to depict a picture of××Group’s HR management under HR information system. This plan emphasizes on informationalized management including building a whole system of software and hardware to make systematic IT management under which the company is able to conduct organization, plan, supervision and coordination to all staff. Through the IT net, information such as production, sales, and administration are all within reasonable range. This article also tries to make deeper research on HR management demand, overall planning, management and utilization plan, operation environment, time of consolidation, risk avoiding, and value advantage, etc by sharing data, charts and program plan to draw a relatively complete plan of xx Group’s HR information construction.
