Study On The Construction Of Strategic Alliance On Industrial Technology Innovation

Technological innovation is the motivation of enterprises’sustainable development. Enterprises must take continuously technological innovation if they want to gain competitive advantages. Along with the global economics’integration, competition becoming stronger, Intra-industry becoming more specialization, Enterprises tend to be concentrated on only some parts of the industrial chain in order to seek competitive advantages which lead to continuing decomposition of the industrial value chain. The result of industrial chain’s decomposition is that single enterprise cannot achieve industry monopolization, influence is weakened, and it is not useful to the industrial key technology development and industrial core competitiveness’ improvement at the same time. Enterprises’ technological innovation requires sustained participation of various kinds of innovative elements to gain sustainable development. The generation of strategic alliances of industrial technology innovation plays an important role in the sustainable industry-university-research institute cooperation relationship, the rapid increase of industrial technology level and competitiveness, the acceleration of the industrial structure adjustment and optimization and the promotion of the industrialization of high-tech achievements.In this paper, theoretical and empirical research methods are combined, which chooses individual cases as the research object. Five sub-chapters are designed to research the construction of the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation. Analyzes the important issues which is should be concerned about in the alliance’s constructing process from the members’ selection and management perspective. First, the research on the construction of the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation is mainly from the process perspective. In the process, the members’ selection is the key step. And the sign of the alliance’s construction is successful or not is whether the corresponding control mechanisms established or not. Second, in the members’ selection part, first analyzes the alliance strategic, next expounds the selection principles and processes of the alliance members. And then constructs the selection index system, last defines the weight based on the AHP method. In the alliances’ implementation and control part, the assurance mechanism of the technological innovation strategic alliance’s successful construction are the decision-making mechanism, benefit distribution mechanism and organizational learning mechanism. Finally, based on the previous theoretical analysis, this paper takes strategic alliance of TD industrial technology innovation as a research case, and takes it that each links of the industry chain have related companies’ participation as the standard of successful strategic alliance construction, expounds the construction of TD Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance in this period.As there is little theoretical research on strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation and also the relevant alliances’ practice time in domestic is rather too short, the domestic research on strategic alliances’ construction of industrial technology innovation is not yet in-depth study. So this research is only carried out some preliminary exploration. Along with the industrial technology innovation strategic alliances’ practical operation and development, further research has broad prospects.
