Keeping talents lower turnover rate is the enterprise’s concerning problem. There aremany factors affecting turnover rate, this paper will stand on the organization to study therelationship between organization career management(OCM) and turnover rate, using jobinsecurity as intermediary variable. Through reading the past literatures, this paper get a seriesof hypothesis and study model.In the part of empirical research, we get238effective questionnaires. In this paper,SPSS17.0statistical software was used to process and analyze the collected sample data. Thepaper analyzed the profile of the sample by descriptive statistics analysis; used CITC analysisand factor analysis to examine the quality of the questionnaire; implemented correlationanalysis and regression analysis to test the relationship between the four elements of OCMand turnover rate in the company and discuss the regulation effect of job insecurity in theprocess of the four elements of OCM influencing turnover rate.Study found that OCM and its four elements have significant and negative influence onturnover rate, but different influence degree; job insecurity acts intermediary role betweenOCM and turnover rate.Based on the theoretical and empirical research, this paper gives someadvices to enterprises: First, pay attention and set up a perfect OCM system; Second, helpemployees do career self-awareness; Third, build up fair and transparent promotionmechanism; Fourth, Avoid negative influences of job insecurity.
