Land Use Optimization For Gunyu County In The Context Of Coastal Area Development In Jiangsu

Land conducts a profound impact on human beings’ life. In the context of rapid economic and social development nowadays, on one hand, the persistently high demand of land for construction and chaotic occupation of the phenomenon seem endless, on the other hand, ecological and environmental protection for the containment of land-use expansion cause a great clamor. This contradictory make land use optimization face various difficulties. In this article, on the basis of analysis for previous studies, the forefront of the coastal area development Ganyu is chosen as the study area, and by the research of land use and its change, the disadvantages of restricting the land use optimization are configured and optimization model is designed in two different angles: land use structure optimization and land resource distribution.On the basis of Ganyu’s geographical conditions, economic and social development, land use analysis focuses on land use structure, land-use spatial layout and the intensive use of land by introducing the related disciplines of the diversification index, dominance index, combined type, PD, FRAC, IJI, SPIT and so on, and explanation for land use status and change is concluded. Taking the background of coastal area development into account, the conclusion includes six defects:exorbitant rural residential land scale, traffic land’s extremely increasing, scattered farmland, garden and forest land, garden’s optional layout, low-level construction land intensive use and the land use ecological risks.In the part of land use optimization, multiple objective analysis model is used to conduct the land use optimization for the research area, from the economic, social and ecological aspects, at the same time, social development and policies get the role of constraint condition. Optimized land use structure and the status quo are compared to get the conclusion of its boost to the coastal development strategy for the future.In the part of land use spatial optimization, referenced to previous studies, principal component analysis is used to optimized the factors that affect the study area most, selected factors can best reflect the township land use the township and can be used to conduct the cluster analysis conditions. By GIS spatial analysis methods, combined with the relevant planning, reasonable adjustment is used to amend the results obtained by cluster analysis to form the land-use zoning. Optimizing measures for different land-use zoning is the conclusion of this part.Finally, results of this paper is a summary and the defects caused by personal ability and the objective conditions are described in the hope to improve and enhance further research.
