Research On Mining Environmental Restoration Based On Circular Economy

Expand circular economy energetically in mining area is contradictory inevitablerequirement, also be fundamentally solve the mine environmental recovery and managementthe efficient way of the problem. At present, China’s industrialization, urbanization processaccelerated, the demand for mineral resources increasingly urgent, large-scale mining of mineand the surrounding geological environment caused great destruction, especially in coal minesof Shanxi province and some other important exploitation areas of mineral resources, damageis more serious. Although China attaches great importance to the protection and managementof geological environment of mining area, but in reality we still see some due to exploitationof mineral resources in mining subsidence and other geological disasters, mine "three wastes"emissions caused by environmental pollution problems, as well as mining landscape receivedserious damage but not the reclamation management situation.Mine environmental recovery and management is project of a system, not only from theperspective of technology or environmental protection level to study and promote the mineenvironmental recovery and management work. The green mine construction experience ofpractice in Canada, Australia, Britain, the United States and other Western country is therealization of mining development in the process of small effect, non-toxic, small disturbanceharm and less pollution, to achieve resource benefit, ecological benefit, economic benefit andsocial benefit.In this paper, based on the theory of circular economy in mining area, emission reduction,waste recycling, waste disposal harmless practice as the foundation, study the recovery andmanagement of mine geology effective mode and offer relevant countermeasure proposal.
