In the context of Internet applications, in-depth all aspects of people’s lives, online shopping widely accepted college students as the main force of the online shopping, online shopping behavior by businesses pay close attention to. Characteristics of online shopping behavior of college students in reading a large number of documents on the basis of the theory of consumer behavior research starting point as the theoretical basis of the model, technology acceptance theory, university students in Xinjiang Autonomous Region is the main object of study, by constructing Students’ online shopping behavior model ", as the main method to survey and analysis, to analyze which factors influence online shopping behavior of college students, and to reveal the characteristics of online shopping behavior of college students, to provide information support for the majority of enterprises to develop Internet marketing activities.Mainly in the course of the study identified six basic factors affect online shopping behavior of college students (perception of a useful network-aware network-to-use network of commodity prices, the quality of network products, network quality of service, network security and reliable) shopping attitudes of college students network, network shopping intention and the ultimate online shopping behavior. The main application in the modeling of the empirical analysis, questionnaire by college students over the Xinjiang region, and data factor, correlation, regression analysis, and ultimately determine the accuracy of the model build.College students online shopping behavior model study in this article form, and come to the six basic factors influence online shopping behavior of college students, college students online shopping attitudes and intentions are positively related to their influence in the order of: reliability of network security, network product quality, network quality of service aware networking is useful-aware network-to-use network commodity prices.In addition, the paper also summarizes the impact of the Xinjiang region, the name of ethnic, cultural and religious identity of Xinjiang Students’ online shopping behavior, and describes the behavioral characteristics of the network of university students in Xinjiang shopping.
