The era we are in is a era of knowledge economy which with ever changing market demand and increasingly fierce competition, technological innovation has become the important mean to improve the survival, development and core competitiveness of enterprise. More and more enterprise gain a technological innovation ability and technological innovation achievements by ever optimizing the internal resource, organization management and introduction of technology. Research and development team is the important group of research and development of innovative personnel’s research and innovation activities, and the trust among team members is the basis of effective innovation activities. Team members can have efficient communication. coordination in an atmosphere of the team members have highly trusted. Which parts of the trust among team members are important factors of influence technological innovation, and how they influence. It’s the urgent problems of knowledge team. The innovation of team always affect by leadership style of their leader, although the same team will have huge different performances if they lead by different leaders. It’s not only because of the characteristics and experience of the team members, but the characteristics of leaders. Thus, which leadership style is good for technological innovation, and how the leadership style influence the process of trust affect technological innovation performance? It’s the problems which team leader considers.To solve the above problems, the research used a combination of methods of normative research and empirical research. The study follow the research programs of "reading the literature—proposing some hypothetical—the formation of questionnaires—collecting data empirical analysis—gain conclusions". The research hand out the questionnaires to collect the information, and then uses the SPSS17.0software for data analysis, verifying the model assumptions. And get the main conclusions are as follows:(1) The different dimensions of team trust have different influences levels on technology innovation performance, the ability trust has the most important influence to technology innovation performance, moral trust is the secondly and the relationship trust is last.(2) The leadership style has the adjustment mechanism between the dimensions of team trust and the technology innovation performance. The transformational leadership can enhance the relationship of ability trust and technology innovation performance, and transactional leadership can reduce the relationship of moral trust and technology innovation performance, it also reduce the relationship of relationship trust and technology innovation performance.Finally, combining the proven conclusions with the enterprises’ practice, the research recommends have some guiding significance in enterprise culture, operations management, strategy.
