Research On Finance Shared Services Of Corporation

Shared Services is a kind of new management practice for multinational corporations. It can significantly reduce the cost of day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and implement the business strategies. So shared services is both theoretical and practical.This paper first gives an overview on shared services theory and applications, and then analyzes the best practice case in ChangHong Corporation. In the analysis, a financial shared services center methodology is summarized and created from the current situation of ChangHong’s management.This document is divided into six parts:The first part states the background and purpose of this research and gives a brief introduction of the idea and method. The second part is a kind of theory exploration-describing the theory and practice of the shared services project as well as its development at home and abroad. The third part is about the analysis of the method of putting the service center into practice. The fourth part deals with the concrete analysis and description of the ChangHong’s implementation of this financial shared services. The fifth part includes the conclusion, and it is states in this part that this financial shared services center mode is a desirable orientation for financial management. However, regarding the current plan for this shared service, these will be considerable challenges in project construction and future operation. This document strives to provide some suggestion and strategies for ChangHong to face these challenges. Finally, it provides a prospect for the financial resources sharing of ChangHong.
